Delivery options
At Ernest Jones we offer a range of delivery options to suit your lifestyle.
Standard delivery - £3
You can have your order delivered to any address in the UK by Standard delivery if your order comes to under £150. Unfortunately we do not deliver to addresses in Eire or the Channel Islands. Standard delivery orders do not need to be signed for.
Standard delivery costs £3 for orders under £50 and is free on orders of £50 - £149.99. Orders of £150 or more will automatically be upgraded to Next Day delivery for free.
Orders placed Monday to Thursday will arrive in 2 - 3 days (excluding Sundays).
Orders placed on Friday or at the weekend will arrive within 2 - 4 days (excluding Sundays).
Delivery: 9am - 5pm
You will be provided with expected delivery dates for your order in checkout.
Please note: delivery lead times are extended over public holidays. Over public holidays, please refer to the expected delivery dates provided in checkout.
Next Day delivery - £5
You can have your order delivered by Next Day delivery to any address in the UK. Unfortunately we do not delivery to addresses in Eire or the Channel Islands. Your order will be delivered by Royal Mail or by Secure Mail Services and will need to be signed for. Our Next Day service delivers on Saturdays.
Next Day delivery costs £5 for orders under £150 and is free on orders of £150 or more.
Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will arrive the next day.
Orders placed after 2pm Monday to Thursday arrive in 2 days.
Orders placed after 2pm on Friday or anytime at the weekend will arrive on the following Tuesday.
Delivery: 8am - 6pm.

DHL courier (next day delivery with flexible re-delivery) - £6
You can have your order delivered by DHL courier service to any address in the UK. Unfortunately we do not deliver to addresses in Eire or the Channel Islands. DHL courier deliveries need to be signed for. DHL couriers do not deliver on Saturdays.
DHL uses Lifestyle Couriers who are familiar with your local area and will aim to deliver your order when you are likely to be at home. However, if you are not at home to accept your order, DHL offers a flexible re-delivery service. The courier will leave a telephone number for you to call so that you can arrange another delivery time between 12pm and 9pm that's mutually convenient for you both.
Please note that our DHL courier service is not available for all postcodes. If your postcode is not covered, this delivery option will not be made available to you in checkout.
DHL courier delivery costs £6 for any order.
Orders placed before 2pm on Monday to Thursday will arrive the next day.
Orders placed after 2pm on Monday to Wednesday will arrive in 2 days.
Orders placed between 2pm on Thursday and 2pm on Friday will arrive on the following Monday.
Orders placed after 2pm on Friday and at anytime at the weekend will arrive on the following Tuesday.
Delivery: 12pm - 9pm.

Delivery to store - free
You can have your order sent to any Ernest Jones store in the UK. Unfortunately we cannot deliver to stores in Eire or the Channel Island.
For security purposes, the person who placed the order must collect it from the store and must take along the payment card used to pay for the order, together with the order number. If you ordered a gift for someone else, they cannot collect the order. Your order must be collected from the store within 35 days.
Delivery to store is free on all orders.
Delivery times vary depending on the store you select. You will be provided with expected delivery dates for stores near you when you select your delivery option in checkout. In general, your order will be ready for collection within 9 working days. We will email you when your order has been processed. We will email you again when your order has been despatched and will be ready for collection.

Engraved items
If you choose to have your order engraved, it can take up to 10 working days to be despatched. In most cases it won't take this long but please do add an extra 10 working days to the expected delivery lead times shown above to avoid disappointment.
Free delivery
We offer free Standard delivery on orders of £50 to £149.99.
We offer free Next Day delivery on orders of £150 or more.
Delivery to an Ernest Jones store is free.
